Compliments and Complaints

If you have concerns about your care or services, please contact your caregiver or their supervisor. You may also contact any member of the administrative team at 308-398-5600

The Grievance Process
If you feel that any of your rights as a patient may have been violated, you may initiate a formal grievance by notifying the Quality & Risk Management director in writing at :

You may also call and speak with any member of the administration team at 308-398-5600.

The Quality Management director will appoint a designated representative who will contact you upon receipt of the grievance and will investigate the complaint. The results of this investigation will go to the Saint Francis Grievance Committee. The Grievance Committee will provide a written response to you within 60 days upon receipt of the grievance detailing the steps taken on your behalf to investigate the grievance and the results of the process. The letter will also have the name of the contact person for any further correspondence.

Regardless of whether you choose to use the hospital’s grievance procedure, you also have the right to file a complaint with:
